Greetings TWIG Community,
As we transition into the summer months, our event calendar slows down, and we gear up for planning future events in the fall. However, our popular Wood-First-Wednesdays will continue throughout the summer, offering you a chance to enjoy some sunshine on a patio after work. Be sure to mark your calendars and stay tuned for events coming your way later this year.
At TWIG, we're always looking for fresh ways to connect with our community, providing relevant and engaging events that are informative and inspiring, helping you expand your network. This year, we made some changes by expanding our networks from one to three and introducing our Timber Tech Connect series. Additionally, we reintroduced our online series, starting with Urban Machine and Urban Jacks, for the first time since the pandemic, testing the waters for potential future events. We've seen great success with our tours in the past, and we're exploring ways to invite you into shops and spaces to further enrich the TWIG experience.
We want to hear from you if you have a project, space, or idea you're passionate about. Whether it's showcasing your work, hosting a tour, presenting on innovation, or collaborating on an event, we're here to support you and help amplify your impact. Contact us with your ideas, and let's do something together.
With forest-felt regards,
Patrick Christie and The TWIG team

Got an idea?
Do you have a concept, product, or prototype that you want to realize? TWIG can work with you to make this happen with financial support through The Wood First Program. Carried out through the Center for Advanced Wood Processing (CAWP) and its team of technical staff, we are able to provide an array of support on various wood-based projects.
